  2. Once approved, the fee requirements are met

    Pay a 100 RMB membership fee, which will be topped up to your API transfer station balance. If you have previously spent 100 yuan or more at the API transfer station, the administrator can verify and exempt payment.

  3. Add the administrator on WeChat and manually join the group

    The review results, consumption records, and payment status are all manually confirmed by the administrator, who then adds you to the group.
