Agents typically combine language models, tools, and execution processes. It not only generates one answer but can also select actions based on task needs, read execution results, and then decide on the next step.
Pre-fixing workflows for each step and agents that dynamically select steps are two different ways of organizing. The clearer the task, the more likely it is to be completed with a simple process; Not all problems require complex agents.
Being able to use tools doesn't mean you can accomplish anything without constraints. Permission scopes, inspection mechanisms, stop conditions, and necessary manual confirmations are all components of ensuring reliable system operation.
Relationship with the Baiyun community
Baiyun focuses on how agents enter real work. When discussing a solution, we look together at what problems it solves, what results it gets, and how it is validated—not just whether the presentation is lively.
