Starting AI practice doesn't necessarily have to start with a complete product. A clear, verifiable small goal is usually more suitable for beginners.
First, identify a real issue
For example, organizing a document, assisting in writing a piece of copy, or adding an automated step to repetitive spreadsheet work. Clearly state what you are doing now, where it will take time, and to what extent you hope to improve.
Choose the right tools and record the actual costs
Try a model or a simple workflow to keep input and output samples, check accuracy, and also record time and token consumption. Conduct small-scale validation first, then consider expanding usage.
Let others understand your achievements
Write down the problems, methods, results, and limitations. A small piece that is easy to replicate has more communication value than a big idea that hasn't yet been verified.
Future community practice sharing and project co-creation will gradually organize around these real issues. You can also bring a small goal to meet potential companions.
